The kitchen is the heartbeat of the building. All of the meals and events begin and end in the kitchen. The meals connect us, open the heart, and create shared pleasure.
When we cook immense amounts of food, immense amounts of oil collects in the pipeline. In order to prevent this accumulation of oil which is liable to lead to blockage, the friends dug, in a inflatable water slide wonderful act of cooperation, a pit six meters long and two meters deep behind the kitchen window. This morning an “Oil Separator” was installed within it. Its function is to separate the oil from the water, thereby preventing blockages.
